Band Bent Over Lat Pulldown Instructions

  1. Anchor a resistance band overhead, such as in a doorway.
  2. Stand facing the anchor and grab a handle in each hand.
  3. Step back to add tension to the band.
  4. Hinge forward at the hips with a slight bend in the knees.
  5. Brace your core and keep your back flat.
  6. Start with arms extended overhead toward the anchor.
  7. Pull the handles down toward your hips by driving the elbows down.
  8. Squeeze the lats hard, then return slowly to the start.
