- Set a cable to the highest pulley with a single handle.
- Kneel on one knee facing the cable.
- Grip the handle with the same-side arm as the kneeling leg.
- Extend the arm overhead toward the pulley.
- Brace your core and stand tall through the torso.
- Pull the handle down and toward your shoulder by bending the elbow.
- Squeeze your lat hard at the bottom of the pull.
- Slowly extend the arm overhead to the starting position. Switch sides.
