Cable Kneeling Single Lat Pulldown

Description

The cable kneeling single lat pulldown is a single-arm lat pulldown performed from a half-kneeling position. The half-kneeling stance and single-arm action force strict pulling form and isolate each lat individually. It is a strong choice for correcting lat imbalances and improving the mind-muscle connection.
