- Stand on a resistance band with feet at shoulder width.
- Grip the band with both hands wider than shoulder width.
- Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.
- Brace your core and let the band hang at arms length.
- Pinch the shoulder blades together.
- Row the hands up wide with elbows flared out.
- Drive the elbows back at shoulder height.
- Squeeze the upper back. Lower with control.
