Equipment Required

Band Bent Over Wide Grip Row Instructions

  1. Stand on a resistance band with feet at shoulder width.
  2. Grip the band with both hands wider than shoulder width.
  3. Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.
  4. Brace your core and let the band hang at arms length.
  5. Pinch the shoulder blades together.
  6. Row the hands up wide with elbows flared out.
  7. Drive the elbows back at shoulder height.
  8. Squeeze the upper back. Lower with control.
