  1. Lie on the back with a foam roller under the upper back.
  2. Bend the knees with feet flat on the floor.
  3. Brace the core and lift the hips slightly.
  4. Roll the upper back across the roller.
  5. Shift to one side to roll the lat.
  6. Continue around to roll the obliques.
  7. Work back through the mid back and other lat.
  8. Continue circular rolling for the working time.
