  1. Lie on one side with a foam roller under the back of the shoulder.
  2. Set the bottom arm extended overhead.
  3. Stack the legs for balance.
  4. Brace the core and keep the body relaxed.
  5. Roll the back of the shoulder slowly over the roller.
  6. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  7. Adjust angle to cover the rear delt and infraspinatus.
  8. Continue for the working time then switch sides.
