  1. Lie face down on the floor.
  2. Place a foam roller diagonally under the chest and front shoulder.
  3. Extend the working arm out to the side.
  4. Brace the body on the other forearm.
  5. Keep the working chest and shoulder relaxed over the roller.
  6. Roll slowly across the chest and front delt.
  7. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  8. Continue for the working time then switch sides.
