Equipment Required

- Lie face down on the floor.
- Place a foam roller diagonally under the chest and front shoulder.
- Extend the working arm out to the side.
- Brace the body on the other forearm.
- Keep the working chest and shoulder relaxed over the roller.
- Roll slowly across the chest and front delt.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Continue for the working time then switch sides.
