- Begin marching in place by lifting one knee at a time.
- As one knee lifts, raise both arms straight up overhead.
- Lower the knee and arms back to the start.
- Lift the other knee and raise the arms again.
- Maintain a steady marching rhythm.
- Keep the core braced and the chest tall.
- Continue the marching with arm raises for the full duration.
