Lever Parallel Chest Press Instructions

  1. Sit at a leverage chest press machine with parallel handles.
  2. Adjust the seat so the handles align with your mid chest.
  3. Grip the parallel handles with palms facing each other.
  4. Pull your shoulders back and brace your core.
  5. Press the handles forward until your arms are fully extended.
  6. Squeeze your chest at the top.
  7. Lower the handles back to chest level with control.
  8. Maintain the neutral grip throughout the entire set.
