- Sit at a leverage chest press machine with parallel handles.
- Adjust the seat so the handles align with your mid chest.
- Grip the parallel handles with palms facing each other.
- Pull your shoulders back and brace your core.
- Press the handles forward until your arms are fully extended.
- Squeeze your chest at the top.
- Lower the handles back to chest level with control.
- Maintain the neutral grip throughout the entire set.
