  1. Begin in a high plank position with hands under the shoulders.
  2. Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Brace your core hard.
  4. Perform a standard push up lowering and pressing back up.
  5. At the top move one hand forward.
  6. Move the other hand forward to match.
  7. Perform another push up.
  8. Continue alternating push ups with hand walks forward.
