Equipment Required
Battle Ropes Power Slam Instructions
- Grip both battle rope ends with the arms at the sides.
- Stand with the feet shoulder width apart facing the anchor.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Lift both rope ends overhead together.
- Slam the rope ends down to the floor in front of you.
- Use the lats and core in the slam.
- Pick the ropes back up immediately.
- Continue slamming for the working set.
