Battle Ropes Power Slam Instructions

  1. Grip both battle rope ends with the arms at the sides.
  2. Stand with the feet shoulder width apart facing the anchor.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Lift both rope ends overhead together.
  5. Slam the rope ends down to the floor in front of you.
  6. Use the lats and core in the slam.
  7. Pick the ropes back up immediately.
  8. Continue slamming for the working set.
