Front Leg Lift Under Knee Tap Instructions

  1. Stand tall with the feet hip width apart.
  2. Hold the arms relaxed at the sides.
  3. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  4. Lift one knee high to the front.
  5. Reach the opposite hand under the thigh and tap.
  6. Lower the leg back to the floor.
  7. Repeat on the other side with the opposite hand and knee.
  8. Continue alternating for the working set.
