Description

The one leg star balance is a single leg balance drill that reaches the free leg out in star point patterns. The lifter stands on one leg and reaches the other leg in different directions. It builds balance, glute strength, and core stability.

Equipment Required

One Leg Star Balance Instructions

  1. Stand on one leg with a slight knee bend.
  2. Lift the other leg slightly off the floor.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Reach the lifted leg forward and tap the floor.
  5. Return to the start position.
  6. Reach the leg out to the side and tap the floor.
  7. Reach the leg back and tap the floor.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
