Lever Full Squat

Lever Full Squat

Description

The lever full squat is performed on a plate-loaded leverage machine designed to mimic the squat pattern. The fixed motion path provides stability and the deep range targets the quads and glutes. It is a strong choice for lifters who want heavy squat-pattern loading without balance concerns.

Equipment Required

Lever Full Squat Instructions

  1. Set up the leverage squat machine with the desired plate load.
  2. Position yourself under the shoulder pads with feet on the platform.
  3. Set your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
  4. Unrack the machine by rotating the handles or releasing the safety.
  5. Brace your core and pull the shoulder pads tight to your body.
  6. Squat down as deep as your mobility allows.
  7. Drive up through your heels to stand back to the starting position.
  8. Re-rack the safety when finished.
