Lever Full Squat
Description
The lever full squat is performed on a plate-loaded leverage machine designed to mimic the squat pattern. The fixed motion path provides stability and the deep range targets the quads and glutes. It is a strong choice for lifters who want heavy squat-pattern loading without balance concerns.
