  1. Grip both battle rope ends with the arms at the sides.
  2. Stand with the feet shoulder width apart facing the anchor.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Begin alternating wave slams with the rope ends.
  5. Lower into a quarter squat between waves.
  6. Drive up explosively into a jump squat.
  7. Land soft and continue alternating waves.
  8. Continue at a high pace.
