  1. Set up a hurdle in front of you with open running space ahead.
  2. Stand a step behind the hurdle.
  3. Brace the core and load the legs.
  4. Jump up and over the hurdle with both feet.
  5. Land softly on the balls of the feet.
  6. Sprint forward five to ten yards.
  7. Plant hard on one foot and cut sharply to the side.
  8. Reset and repeat for the working set.
