- Place a sturdy chair on the floor.
- Lie on your back with the feet hooked under the chair seat or rung.
- Bend the knees at ninety degrees.
- Cross the arms over the chest or place the hands at the temples.
- Brace the core and curl the upper body up off the floor.
- Continue lifting until the chest is close to the knees.
- Squeeze the abs at the top of the rep.
- Lower back to the floor with control and repeat.
