- Sit on a stability ball and walk the feet out so the upper back rests on the ball.
- Grip a single handle in one hand at the chest.
- Brace your core hard and keep the hips lifted.
- Press the handle straight up to lockout.
- Squeeze the chest at full extension.
- Lower with control to the start.
- Complete reps and switch hands.
