  1. Set a cable to chest height behind the ball position.
  2. Sit on a stability ball and walk the feet out so the upper back rests on the ball.
  3. Grip a single handle in one hand at the chest.
  4. Brace your core hard and keep the hips lifted.
  5. Press the handle straight up to lockout.
  6. Squeeze the chest at full extension.
  7. Lower with control to the start.
  8. Complete reps and switch hands.
