  1. Sit on a stability ball and walk the feet out so the upper back is on the ball.
  2. Lift the hips so the body is on a slight incline.
  3. Hold a dumbbell in one hand at the shoulder.
  4. Brace your core and keep the body still.
  5. Press the dumbbell straight up overhead.
  6. Squeeze the chest hard at the top.
  7. Lower the dumbbell with control to the shoulder.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
