- Sit on a stability ball and walk the feet out so the upper back is on the ball.
- Lift the hips so the body is on a slight incline.
- Hold a dumbbell in one hand at the shoulder.
- Brace your core and keep the body still.
- Press the dumbbell straight up overhead.
- Squeeze the chest hard at the top.
- Lower the dumbbell with control to the shoulder.
- Finish all reps then switch sides.
