  1. Sit on a stability ball holding a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. Walk your feet forward and let the upper back roll onto the ball.
  3. Lift your hips so your body forms a flat tabletop.
  4. Hold the dumbbell at chest level with elbow tucked.
  5. Brace your core hard to resist rotation.
  6. Press the dumbbell straight up over the chest to lockout.
  7. Lower with control back to the chest.
  8. Complete reps before switching arms.
