- Anchor a resistance band overhead.
- Stand facing the anchor with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grab a handle in each hand with arms extended overhead.
- Step back slightly to add tension.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Keep your arms straight throughout the entire movement.
- Pull the handles down to your thighs by driving them down with the lats.
- Squeeze the lats hard at the bottom, then return slowly.
