  1. Anchor a resistance band overhead.
  2. Stand facing the anchor with feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Grab a handle in each hand with arms extended overhead.
  4. Step back slightly to add tension.
  5. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  6. Keep your arms straight throughout the entire movement.
  7. Pull the handles down to your thighs by driving them down with the lats.
  8. Squeeze the lats hard at the bottom, then return slowly.
