Dumbbell Biceps Curl with Overhead Extension on Stability Ball Instructions

  1. Sit on a stability ball with feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at the sides.
  3. Brace your core hard to stabilize on the ball.
  4. Curl both dumbbells up to the shoulders.
  5. Press the dumbbells overhead to lockout.
  6. Lower the dumbbells behind the head bending the elbows.
  7. Press back up to lockout.
  8. Reverse the curl back down to the start. Repeat.
