  1. Set the suspension trainer foot cradles low.
  2. Place the feet in the foot cradles facing down.
  3. Set the forearms on the floor in a forearm plank.
  4. Brace your core hard and keep the body in a straight line.
  5. Slide the body forward by pushing through the forearms.
  6. Slide the body back by pulling with the forearms.
  7. Continue the saw motion forward and back with control.
  8. Avoid letting the hips drop.
