Suspender Lat Stretch
Description
The suspender lat stretch uses a TRX or suspension trainer to provide a stable anchor for stretching the lats. The athlete grips the handles and leans back, letting the suspension trainer support body weight while the lats lengthen overhead. It is a great shoulder-friendly lat stretch.
