Stick Lat Stretch
Description
The stick lat stretch uses a PVC pipe or broomstick held overhead to provide a fixed length while you bend to the side. The stick keeps the arms in line and forces the lats to stretch fully on the bent side. It is a great mobility tool used by Olympic lifters and overhead athletes.
