Description
The EZ bar lying bent arms pullover is a pullover variation done flat on a bench with the elbows kept bent. Bending the arms shortens the lever and shifts more load onto the lats and chest while still stretching the upper body.

EZ Bar Lying Bent Arms Pullover Instructions
- Lie flat on a bench with the head near the edge.
- Hold an EZ curl bar with a close grip over the chest.
- Bend the elbows to about 90 degrees.
- Brace the core and keep the back flat on the bench.
- Lower the bar back behind the head while keeping the elbows bent.
- Stop when the upper arms reach a deep stretch overhead.
- Pull the bar back over the chest using the lats and pecs.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
