Description

The suspender one arm chest press is a unilateral TRX chest press. The lifter grips a single handle with one hand and presses with one arm, while the other hand stays on the hip. The asymmetric load forces a brutal anti-rotation challenge through the core.

Suspender One Arm Chest Press Instructions

  1. Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
  2. Grip one handle with one hand.
  3. Place the other hand on the hip.
  4. Walk the feet back so the body leans forward at an angle.
  5. Set the working arm bent at the chest with elbow back.
  6. Brace your core hard and keep the body in a straight line.
  7. Press the body up and forward extending the working arm.
  8. Lock out at the top. Lower with control. Switch sides.
