Description
The suspender one arm chest press is a unilateral TRX chest press. The lifter grips a single handle with one hand and presses with one arm, while the other hand stays on the hip. The asymmetric load forces a brutal anti-rotation challenge through the core.
Equipment Required
Suspender One Arm Chest Press Instructions
- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip one handle with one hand.
- Place the other hand on the hip.
- Walk the feet back so the body leans forward at an angle.
- Set the working arm bent at the chest with elbow back.
- Brace your core hard and keep the body in a straight line.
- Press the body up and forward extending the working arm.
- Lock out at the top. Lower with control. Switch sides.
