Description

The suspender one leg chest press is a TRX chest press performed standing on one leg. The lifter lifts one leg off the floor and presses with both arms. The single leg stance forces a brutal core and balance challenge during the press.

Suspender One Leg Chest Press Instructions

  1. Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
  2. Grip the handles with both hands.
  3. Walk the feet back so the body leans forward at an angle.
  4. Lift one leg off the floor.
  5. Brace your core hard and keep the body in a straight line.
  6. Lower the body forward by bending both elbows.
  7. Press back up to lockout extending the elbows.
  8. Squeeze the chest at the top. Switch legs and repeat.
