Description
The suspender one leg chest press is a TRX chest press performed standing on one leg. The lifter lifts one leg off the floor and presses with both arms. The single leg stance forces a brutal core and balance challenge during the press.
Equipment Required
Suspender One Leg Chest Press Instructions
- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip the handles with both hands.
- Walk the feet back so the body leans forward at an angle.
- Lift one leg off the floor.
- Brace your core hard and keep the body in a straight line.
- Lower the body forward by bending both elbows.
- Press back up to lockout extending the elbows.
- Squeeze the chest at the top. Switch legs and repeat.
