Band Assisted Muscle Up
Description
The band assisted muscle up uses a resistance band looped over a pull up bar with the foot or knee resting in the band loop. The band helps the lifter through the toughest part of a muscle up where the body transitions over the bar. It is a great progression toward an unassisted muscle up.
