Resistance Band One Arm Bent Over Row Instructions

  1. Stand with one foot on the resistance band.
  2. Grip the band end with the same side hand.
  3. Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.
  4. Place the free hand on the knee for support.
  5. Let the working arm hang straight down with band tension.
  6. Pull the band up toward your hip by driving the elbow back.
  7. Squeeze the lat hard at the top.
  8. Lower the band slowly back to full arm extension and repeat all reps then switch.
