- Stand with one foot on the resistance band.
- Grip the band end with the same side hand.
- Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back.
- Place the free hand on the knee for support.
- Let the working arm hang straight down with band tension.
- Pull the band up toward your hip by driving the elbow back.
- Squeeze the lat hard at the top.
- Lower the band slowly back to full arm extension and repeat all reps then switch.
