- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip the handles with palms facing up in an underhand grip.
- Walk the feet forward until the body leans back at an angle.
- Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blades.
- Pull the chest up toward the handles by bending the elbows.
- Drive the elbows down past the body.
- Squeeze the lats and biceps hard. Lower back to the start with control.
