Description

The suspension underhand grip inverted row is a TRX row with a supinated underhand grip. The grip biases the biceps and lower lats more than the standard grip. It is a strong upper body builder using just bodyweight and TRX straps.

Equipment Required

  1. Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
  2. Grip the handles with palms facing up in an underhand grip.
  3. Walk the feet forward until the body leans back at an angle.
  4. Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
  5. Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blades.
  6. Pull the chest up toward the handles by bending the elbows.
  7. Drive the elbows down past the body.
  8. Squeeze the lats and biceps hard. Lower back to the start with control.
