Description

- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip the handles wide with palms facing down.
- Walk the feet forward until the body leans back.
- Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blades.
- Pull the chest toward the handles with elbows flared.
- Squeeze the upper back hard at the top.
- Lower with control to the start.
