  1. Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
  2. Grip the handles wide with palms facing down.
  3. Walk the feet forward until the body leans back.
  4. Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
  5. Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blades.
  6. Pull the chest toward the handles with elbows flared.
  7. Squeeze the upper back hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
