- Anchor a resistance band at chest height.
- Grip the handle with one hand and step back to take tension.
- Set a long staggered stance in a lunge position.
- Lower into a deep lunge.
- Explosively jump up and switch the legs in the air.
- Land in a lunge with the other leg forward.
- At the top of the jump row the band hard to the body.
- Continue alternating jump lunges with rows. Switch hands and repeat.
