Equipment Required

  1. Anchor a resistance band at chest height.
  2. Grip the handle with one hand and step back to take tension.
  3. Set a long staggered stance in a lunge position.
  4. Lower into a deep lunge.
  5. Explosively jump up and switch the legs in the air.
  6. Land in a lunge with the other leg forward.
  7. At the top of the jump row the band hard to the body.
  8. Continue alternating jump lunges with rows. Switch hands and repeat.
