- Stand facing the anchor with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grab one handle with one hand.
- Step back to add tension to the band.
- Brace your core hard against rotation.
- Pull the handle back toward your ribs.
- Keep the elbow tucked close to your side.
- Squeeze your back, then return slowly. Complete reps on one side before switching.
