Equipment Required

Band Squat With Single Arm Row Instructions

  1. Anchor a resistance band low in front of you.
  2. Stand on the band or grip the ends in your hands.
  3. Set your feet shoulder-width apart.
  4. Brace your core and squat down by bending your knees and hips.
  5. Stand back up to the starting position.
  6. At the top, row the right band end up to your hip with one arm.
  7. Squeeze your right shoulder blade at the top of the row.
  8. Lower the band back down. Alternate row arms each rep.
