Equipment Required

RB Single Leg RDL Row Instructions

  1. Anchor a resistance band at floor level in front of you.
  2. Stand on one leg with the opposite hand on the band handle.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Hinge at the hip and lift the back leg behind you.
  5. Lower the torso toward parallel with the floor.
  6. Row the handle up to the lower ribs at the bottom.
  7. Lower the band and stand back up to the start.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
