Equipment Required

Resistance Band Deadlift with Single Arm Row Instructions

  1. Stand on a resistance band with feet at hip-width.
  2. Hold each end of the band with arms hanging down.
  3. Hinge at the hips and bend the knees to grip the band low.
  4. Drive through the heels and stand up to lock out the deadlift.
  5. At the top, row one band end to your ribs by pulling the elbow back.
  6. Squeeze the back at the top of the row.
  7. Lower the band back down and reset.
  8. Hinge back down to repeat. Alternate the rowing arm each rep.
