Band Single Leg RDL Row Instructions

  1. Stand on one leg with a resistance band anchored in front.
  2. Grip the band handle with the opposite hand.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Hinge at the hip and lift the back leg behind you.
  5. Lower the torso toward parallel with the floor.
  6. Row the band handle to the lower ribs at the bottom.
  7. Lower the band and stand back up to the start.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
