  1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a barbell with an underhand grip, hands wider than shoulder-width.
  3. Pin your elbows against your sides.
  4. Brace your core and pull your shoulders back.
  5. Curl the bar up by bending only at the elbows.
  6. Continue until the bar reaches shoulder height.
  7. Squeeze the biceps hard at the top.
  8. Lower the bar back down with control to full extension.
