Smith Standing Military Press

Smith Standing Military Press

Description

The Smith standing military press is performed standing with the Smith machine bar across the front shoulders. The fixed bar path eliminates balance and stabilizing demands, allowing focus on the press itself. It builds shoulder strength and trains the standing pressing pattern with reduced stability requirements.
