Cable Single Arm Kickback Instructions

  1. Set a cable to a low position with a single handle attached.
  2. Stand sideways to the cable in a hinged position.
  3. Grip the handle with the working arm.
  4. Pin the working elbow at the side at hip height.
  5. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  6. Extend the arm straight back.
  7. Squeeze the tricep hard at full extension.
  8. Return with control. Finish all reps then switch sides.
