Cable Single Arm Kickback Instructions
- Set a cable to a low position with a single handle attached.
- Stand sideways to the cable in a hinged position.
- Grip the handle with the working arm.
- Pin the working elbow at the side at hip height.
- Brace your core and keep the back flat.
- Extend the arm straight back.
- Squeeze the tricep hard at full extension.
- Return with control. Finish all reps then switch sides.
