Smith Machine Incline Tricep Extension Instructions
- Adjust the smith machine to an incline position.
- Attach a rope or straight bar to the cable machine.
- Stand facing away from the machine and grasp the rope or bar with an overhand grip.
- Extend your arms straight up above your head.
- Lower the weight by bending your elbows and bringing the rope or bar behind your head.
- Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement, then extend your arms back up to the starting position.
- Repeat for desired number of reps.
