Kettlebell Deep Push Up
Description
The kettlebell deep push up uses two kettlebells as handles, gripping the horns. The elevated handles allow your chest to drop below your hands, increasing the range of motion well beyond a standard floor push up. The deeper range maximizes chest stretch and builds size and strength.
