Description
The resistance band single arm overhead shoulder press is a unilateral shoulder press done with a band anchored under the foot. The lifter presses one arm overhead while the band provides constant tension. It builds the shoulders and triceps.
Equipment Required
Band Single Arm OH Press Instructions
- Anchor a resistance band under one foot.
- Grip the band handle with the same side hand.
- Bring the handle to the shoulder.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Press the handle straight up overhead.
- Lock out the elbow at the top.
- Squeeze the shoulder hard.
- Lower with control. Finish all reps then switch sides.
