- Anchor a resistance band low to a sturdy point.
- Grip a handle in each hand and step forward to take tension.
- Stand with feet staggered for stability.
- Brace your core and set the chest tall.
- Start with arms down at the sides slightly bent.
- Sweep one arm up across the body to chest height.
- Squeeze the chest hard at the top.
- Lower with control as you sweep the other arm up. Alternate sides.
