  1. Anchor a resistance band low to a sturdy point.
  2. Grip a handle in each hand and step forward to take tension.
  3. Stand with feet staggered for stability.
  4. Brace your core and set the chest tall.
  5. Start with arms down at the sides slightly bent.
  6. Sweep one arm up across the body to chest height.
  7. Squeeze the chest hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control as you sweep the other arm up. Alternate sides.
