Dumbbell Deep Push Up And Renegade Row Instructions

  1. Place two dumbbells on the floor about shoulder-width apart.
  2. Get into a high plank position gripping the dumbbells.
  3. Set your feet wider than hip-width for stability.
  4. Lower your chest between the dumbbells for a deep push up.
  5. Press back up to the high plank position.
  6. Row the right dumbbell to your hip while bracing the core hard.
  7. Lower the dumbbell back to the floor.
  8. Row the left dumbbell, then repeat the push up to start the next combo cycle.
