Dumbbell Deep Push Up And Renegade Row Instructions
- Place two dumbbells on the floor about shoulder-width apart.
- Get into a high plank position gripping the dumbbells.
- Set your feet wider than hip-width for stability.
- Lower your chest between the dumbbells for a deep push up.
- Press back up to the high plank position.
- Row the right dumbbell to your hip while bracing the core hard.
- Lower the dumbbell back to the floor.
- Row the left dumbbell, then repeat the push up to start the next combo cycle.
