Equipment Required

Dumbbell Standing Single Arm Arnold Press Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a single dumbbell in your right hand at chin level.
  3. Start with palm facing your body, dumbbell close to your shoulder.
  4. Brace your core hard and pull your shoulder back.
  5. Press the dumbbell overhead while rotating the wrist outward.
  6. End with palm facing forward at the top.
  7. Lock out at the top with arm fully extended.
  8. Reverse the rotation as you lower back to the starting position. Switch arms.
