- Sit on the floor facing the anchor with knees slightly bent.
- Grip the rope ends with one in each hand.
- Brace your core hard and sit tall.
- Whip the ropes up and down rapidly.
- Make alternating waves with each arm.
- Keep the rhythm fast and aggressive.
- Continue the wave pattern through the time interval.
