  1. Set up battle ropes anchored to a sturdy point.
  2. Sit on the floor facing the anchor with knees slightly bent.
  3. Grip the rope ends with one in each hand.
  4. Brace your core hard and sit tall.
  5. Whip the ropes up and down rapidly.
  6. Make alternating waves with each arm.
  7. Keep the rhythm fast and aggressive.
  8. Continue the wave pattern through the time interval.
