  1. Lie on the floor in front of a flat bench.
  2. Place the feet up on top of the bench with knees bent.
  3. Set the hands lightly behind the head.
  4. Brace your core and keep the lower back on the floor.
  5. Curl the head and shoulders up off the floor.
  6. Squeeze the abs hard at the top.
  7. Hold briefly at the peak.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
