Description

- Set a cable to the lowest setting with a single handle.
- Stand facing away from the cable stack.
- Grip the handle with one hand using a neutral hammer grip.
- Step forward to take tension on the cable.
- Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
- Raise the working arm straight up in front to shoulder height.
- Squeeze the front delt at the top.
- Lower with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
