Resistance Band Overhead Shoulder Press Instructions

  1. Stand on the middle of a resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a handle in each hand at shoulder level.
  3. Use a pronated grip with palms facing forward.
  4. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  5. Press both handles straight overhead.
  6. Lock out the arms with hands meeting above your head.
  7. Pause briefly at full extension.
  8. Lower the handles slowly back to shoulder level.
