- Stand on the middle of a resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold a handle in each hand at shoulder level.
- Use a pronated grip with palms facing forward.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Press both handles straight overhead.
- Lock out the arms with hands meeting above your head.
- Pause briefly at full extension.
- Lower the handles slowly back to shoulder level.
